Prizes and Eligibility: The Grand Prize for this draw is a flight ticket to Japan (worth up to S$1,500)
To qualify for the lucky draw, participants must have:
  1. Participated in the 11.11 UNIQLO Challenge that was conducted between 10 Nov 2024 (8.00 PM) to 11 Nov 2024 (11:59 PM).
  2. Spent a minimum of $100 at UNIQLO during the 11.11 UNIQLO Challenge.
  3. Achieved a “tracked” Cashback status for their purchase.
  4. Ensured no returns or refunds were made for the order (validation will be conducted by the ShopBack & UNIQLO team).
The winner will be randomly selected during the draw. ShopBack reserves the right to disqualify any winner who fails to comply with the eligibility conditions, or is found to have engaged in fraudulent activities, including but not limited to placing fraudulent orders. In such cases, an alternate winner - that shall also be randomly selected during the draw conducted on 10 Dec 2024, will be chosen as the winner.

The winner will be notified via the email associated with their ShopBack account by 16 Dec 2024. Please ensure you are subscribed to ShopBack newsletters and check your promotions or junk folder in case it lands there.

To claim the prize, the winner will be required to purchase the Grand Prize (1 flight ticket to Japan) and submit the receipt to ShopBack for reimbursement. ShopBack will reimburse the winner up to a maximum of S$1,500 for the purchased ticket within 15 working days of receiving the receipt. The reimbursement will be credited to the winner’s ShopBack Cashback wallet.

Any unclaimed prizes by 31 January 2025 will be forfeited, or given to the alternate winner. The manner in which any unclaimed prizes are dealt with shall be determined at the sole discretion of ShopBack. ShopBack’s decision in this matter shall be final and binding.

The results of the draw will be posted here (link TBC) by 16 Dec 2024.
