Participation Conditions:

• To participate, users must opt in to the challenge before purchase

• To be eligible, users must:
• Opt in to the challenge
• Purchase during the campaign period on Shopee, Nike, Traveloka, Taobao, Agoda, or Lazada via ShopBack
• Spend a minimum of $10 on an eligible order

Available Prizes:

• Prizes are limited in quantity and based on a first-come, first-served basis
• Prizes include: $1, $5, $10, $20, or $50 Grab Vouchers.

How to Claim Your Prize:

1. Prizes are awarded to users who fulfill all challenge requirements and are randomly awarded by the system.
2. Distribution is based on the order’s Cashback tracked date and time.
3. Once tracked, you’ll receive a scratch card revealing your prize.
4. The reward can also be found in your ShopBack account under Earn More > Rewards.
5. Unused or unclaimed prizes will be forfeited after the expiry date stated on the prize.

How to Redeem Your Grab Voucher:

• After scratching the card, you will see a promo code.
• Redeem your voucher by entering the promo code under the ‘Offers’ section in the Grab app at checkout.
• Valid for eligible Grab services, including:
• Ride bookings
• GrabFood
• Other applicable categories
• ❗Not valid for GrabPay Wallet top-ups.

Other Terms and Conditions:

• Purchases that do not count include cancellations, returns, exchanges, unapproved coupon use, or excluded categories/products per store terms.
• ShopBack reserves the right to:
• Invalidate non-compliant orders
• Forfeit non-eligible prizes
• Amend or withdraw the campaign at any time without prior notice
