GXS Bank x ShopBack Campaign – Terms and Conditions
1. This Promotion is available from 20 August 2025 to 31 August 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
2. Any applicant who is approved for a GXS FlexiCard (“Card”) and successfully creates a virtual card during the Promotion Period via the tracking link on ShopBack will be eligible to receive S$15 Cashback from ShopBack. 3. Successful applicants will receive an email sent by GXS Bank to his/her last known email address on record with GXS Bank by 30 Sep 2025. Your GXS FlexiCard account must be active and in good standing with the Bank until such date. The email will contain details on Cashback redemption, as well as the unique ShopBack Reward Code.
4. The Reward Code will be converted into S$15 Cashback when applied in the ShopBack App.
5. The corresponding S$15 Cashback will be tracked and confirmed within 3-5 working days from the date of redemption.
6. Users will need to have at least S$15 of confirmed Cashback in his or her ShopBack account before he or she can withdraw the Cashback from their ShopBack account.
7. The ShopBack Reward Codes must be redeemed by its expiry date (e.g. by end of next calendar month from the date of voucher issuance). Any request to extend the validity period will not be entertained.
8. ShopBack Reward Codes are not negotiable, refundable or exchangeable.
9. ShopBack reserves the right to amend or withdraw the terms and conditions without prior notice.
10. The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Singapore law and all participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
11. GXS Bank is not an agent of ShopBack. GXS Bank is not the supplier of the Shopback Reward Code, voucher(s), good(s) and service(s) and makes no representation or warranty as to the quality, merchantability and/or fitness of purpose of the Shopback Reward Code, voucher(s), good(s) and service(s) provided by any merchant or service provider. GXS Bank assumes no liability or responsibility for the acts or defaults of the merchants or for any non-delivery, non-performance or defects in the Shopback Reward Code, voucher(s), good(s) and/or service(s).
12. GXS Bank is a separate entity and is not associated with the business of ShopBack and their entities. The GXS FlexiCard is provided by GXS Bank. GXS Bank holds a banking licence and is regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
How to redeem ShopBack Reward Codes
1. Copy the unique Reward Code in the email sent by GXS Bank
2. Enter the ShopBack mobile app and click “Earn More” > “Apply Code”
3. Paste the code and click “Enter”
4. The Cashback will be tracked and confirmed within 3-5 working days from the date of redemption
