ShopBack Plus is a subscription service that entitles members to exclusive higher Cashback on top stores.

How do I know which Cashback rates apply to me?
You may check the day's Cashback rates under "Plus" on every merchant's page. Rates may differ from day to day.

How does Plus Day work?
On the 15th day of every month, selected stores have exclusive upsized Cashback only for members of ShopBack Plus.

How do I renew or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription will auto-renew every month after the trial period ends. We will deduct the fee from your Cashback balance. 
You can cancel anytime by going to Account > ShopBack Plus.

How will payment be made monthly?
We will deduct from your Cashback first.  If there are insufficient funds, we will charge from your default linked credit card. 
If there are no linked cards, we will send a reminder to you. 
If payment hasn't been made in the next 7 days, then your subscription will be terminated.
