Refunds, cancellations and no-shows

Any rejected, cancelled, refunded, exchanged or returned purchases will not be eligible for Cashback.
For partial returns or exchanges, we'll prorate the Cashback as an adjustment.

Tracking disclaimers

Your Cashback may be tracked at a different rate initially and adjusted to the correct rate when we confirm the transaction details.
At international stores, exchange rate differences may result in small changes to the actual Cashback amount you receive.

Other terms and conditions

ZALORA terms and conditions:

Cashback will be capped at SGD20 for each ZALORA user per order per month. Order exceeded user cap of SGD20 will be tracked at $0 until the refresh in subsequent month
Cashback is based on order value after deducting ZALORA Wallet credits
ZALORA reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to determine the currency exchange rate for Cashback calculation. ShopBack will adhere to the rate recommended from the merchant
Cashback will initially track at a lower amount, and update upon validation
Ensure that Zalora app is installed, and the app is not opened in the background before clicking through from ShopBack
Always start your shopping by clicking the link from Shopback before adding any items to your cart/wishlists or making a purchase.
Do clear your cart if you have visited their website from any other source such as Google, Meta, Tiktok etc in the last 2 hours.
Do wait at least 2 hours before making a click from ShopBack if you have visited ZALORA App or website from another source in the last 2 hours, or use a different browser/incognito mode to start fresh.
Do add items to your cart and complete your purchase within 2 hours after clicking from this cashback site.

DON’Ts:

If you encounter payment errors during your purchase, you should restart your visit to the ZALORA website or app from this platform to ensure that your Cashback continues to be tracked.
